How can I create a Mimi account?
We don’t currently allow Mimi Hearing ID creation before completing a Mimi Hearing Test.
Once you finish taking the test, you can create your account for free. This allows you to securely store and access your results, even if you delete the app or switch devices.
Additionally, with your Mimi Hearing ID, you can personalize sound on various Mimi-enabled headphones and TVs through our partner integrations.
How do I reset my Mimi user account password?
To reset the Mimi account password, please open https://account.mimi.io/login, tap "Forgot the password?" and follow the on-screen instructions. Please check the spam folder as the reset password email can land there.
How do I change the email address associated with my Mimi user account?
To change the Mimi account email, please login via https://account.mimi.io/login, tap "Manage my account", then select “Change my email” and follow the on-screen instructions.
How can I delete my Mimi user account?
To delete your Mimi account, log in at https://account.mimi.io/login, tap "Manage my account", then select "Delete my account" and follow the on-screen instructions.Please note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
