What I like the most about working at Mimi is the people. When I was joining as a team lead, it was very important to me that I had a good team to work with. A role fit interview with one of your future teammates or lead. Here, we delve a little deeper into your skills and experiences and get to know you as an individual. Depending on your role and seniority, you may be involved in one or two of these stages.
